Exhibitor Setup

Thursday, August 1, 2024 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Set up will take place in the Convention Center main arena. Roll carts will be provided by the Convention Center at the garage entrance. Carts are limited in supply, provided on a first-come basis. Exhibitors are responsible for and expected to provide their own signage and marketing materials.

Show Hours

All exhibitor booths must be open and staffed during the Appalachian Arts & Crafts Fair hours. Exhibitors receive free entry for the weekend and one additional weekend pass for a guest.

  • Friday – August 2, 2024 – 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday – August 3, 2024 – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Early breakdown of booths is not permitted. The Arts & Crafts Fair closes to the public at 6 pm Saturday.


Exhibitors are responsible for their own display materials. Pegboard will not be provided. Please be courteous to all other exhibitors and do not use displays that may restrict the view of other exhibitors. Please be prepared with sufficient product (average of 4,000 visitors/shoppers are expected over 2 days).

  • Each indoor booth space will be bordered by pipe & drape. All booth space includes a table and 2 folding chairs. Please be prepared to bring your own shelving/brackets/spotlights, etc.
  • All non-food exhibitors are indoors on the main floor unless outdoor by request; all food exhibitors are outdoor.
  • Food exhibitors will be provided electricity on a first-come, first-serve basis as outdoor power is limited.
  • Food exhibitors must bring their own water for hand washing, etc., and must comply with all Raleigh County Health Department rules & regulations.


We do not have sales processing stations. Exhibitors will process their own sales and are responsible for their own cash, credit card, and/or check sales. If this presents a problem, please contact our office at 304-252-7328. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax. WV & Local Sales Tax = 7%
